Kwalee has announced that Muse Games’ Wildmender will be coming to PC and consoles next month. The game tasks players with exploring a vast desert, tending their very own garden to ensure survival in the overwhelming heat.

As players plant their crops and craft structures to survive, they’ll uncover a fallen civilization. Starting from a desert tiny spring, you’ll grow and cultivate your oasis amongst the desert sands. As you collect plants whilst exploring the world, you’ll also need to craft structures and eventually harness magical essence. All of these aspects will help you to survive as you attempt to uncover the mysteries of the ancient civilization.

You’ll have to manage your food and water as you journey across the dunes, the drained sea, poisoned canyons and cold and distant mountains. You’ll need to travel far to learn the secrets of the life-draining wraiths that corrupt the land, and how to beat them.

Wildmender can be played either solo or in multiplayer for up to four players online. Procedurally generated worlds ensure a unique challenge no matter how many players, and with over 50 craftable structures and 75 unlockable upgrades, Wildmender won’t be done in a day.
