Dead Island 2 Cold Pork Guide

This Dead Island 2 Cold Pork Guide will tell you everything you need to know to complete the Side Quest. Available pretty soon after reaching Venice Beach, complete The Red Mist Story Quest and fortify the Blue Crab restaurant. Trent will then offer you the chance to get some high powered firearms.

Trent will tell you of a fight between the local police and the undead hordes. Unsurprisingly, the police lost. In Dead Island 2, no one is quite as capable as you. However, they have left behind a stash of guns. It’s up to you to go and get them!

Dead Island 2 Cold Pork Guide

After speaking with Trent at the Blue Crab in Venice Beach, head southwest towards the beach. As you look across the beach you’ll see some police cars and a small building. This is the local Police Station. Head there, and be ready for a fight.

Search the Police Station

Once you have cleared the parking lot, enter the Police Station. You want to enter he door to the left leading into the dispatcher’s office. However, it’s locked with a Maglock. Look at the two cables coming from it: a green one inside the dispatcher’s office, and a blue one inside the restroom. Maglock doors are opened by breaking the Maglock boxes they are attached to.

Open the door to the restroom to find the blue Maglock behind the door. There’ll be a Walker inside, so use caution! To reach the green Maglock inside the dispatcher’s office, you will have to throw a weapon at the box through the half-open window.

Go through now unlocked door. The first door to your right, Jail Cell 02, is locked. The door at the end of the hall requires the Police Dept. Keycard. Go into the dispatcher’s office on the left side to find the Jail Cell 02 Key on the first desk to your left. You can also find a special weapon’s case in this room.

Be sure to collect the Police Dept. Keycard on the “Notices/Key” corkboard on the righthand side of the dispatcher’s office, then head into Jail Cell 02 to collect a few trinkets.

Next, use the Police Dept. Keycard to open the door at the end of the hall. Inside this room you will find the evidence locker. The Secure Storage Room Key is on the counter across from the back door. This will open the evidence locker. You will find the green Gun Case on the floor in the center of the room.
