The Smurfs are having somewhat of a revival this year. Celebrating an anniversary, The Smurfs at 65 years-old are doing well to stay relevant. And with Smurfs Kart already available for Nintendo Switch, it’s good to see that Xbox and PlayStation gamers will soon also have reason to join the celebrations.

It’ll soon be time to make engines roar. Players will pick their favourite Smurf, each with their own unique kart and super power, and get ready for some frantic races. In typical Mario Kart-esque fashion, get a head start, take shortcuts, and use abilities and bonuses to rise in the rankings.

Smurfs Kart features both single-player and multiplayer gameplay. 12 tracks are included, from the Smurfs Village to a forest, dam, swamps, and even Gargamel’s house! Handy, Hefty, Smurfette, Papa Smurf, Jokey and more are available to mount-up and get into the action. Eight racers will be on the track in each race, and multiplayer gameplay supports up to four players in split-screen.

A Time Trial mode is also included, should you want to show exactly how fast you can handle those karts.
