We’ve all been on the edge of our seats waiting for the Microsoft and Activision acquisition to go through, right? Well, probably not. But if you’re a Diablo fan there’s a new collab competition running until the end of the month combining a reskinned Xbox Series X and a nightmarish custom display stand.

All geared around Diablo IV, Blizzard and Takeoff Studios have created a one-off piece that “blends Diablo lore with classic art”. The design has been “Inspired by the Gates of Hell bronze sculpture by Auguste Rodin,” states Blizzard in a press release, showcasing a gorgeously painted Series X surrounded by demonic entities. Looks like it’ll make quite the centre piece for any Diablo fan.

To be in with a chance to nab this one-of-a-kind item you’ll need to enter Microsoft’s Sweepstakes. Here’s how to participate:

  1. Create a new account or use an existing account on Twitter (“Twitter”); and
  2. Follow @Xbox at https://twitter.com/Xbox, and @Diablo at https://twitter.com/Diablo; and
  3. Retweet the promotional post and include the Sweepstakes hashtag #DiabloIVXboxSweepstakes. Retweets must be in the exact form as the original tweet to be eligible to receive an entry.

For doing this, you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

The sweepstakes starts at 12:01 am PT (8 am BST) on 16th October 2023, and ends at 11:59 pm PT on 30th October 2023.

The winner will get this awesome Diablo IV art-piece as well as standard Xbox Series X console. That’s right, the Series X you see with all that nice livery doesn’t actually work. It’s ‘non-functional, to be used as an art-piece’ states the sweepstakes rules.

So we’re assuming that it can be taken out and the actual working Xbox Series X put in its place. Which seems a bit of a shame to be fair.

Even so, the entire package is reportedly worth $1,309.98 USD.
