Lowbirth Games have announced the upcoming launched their debut title, This Bed We Made. Available soon for PC and PlayStation 5, the game sees you explore three moody floors of the Clarington Hotel as you try to unravel the mystery behind a murder.

This Bed We Made is a third-person narrative mystery game. Set in the 1950s, the game invites players to become Sophie, a chambermaid in a hotel where every guest has a story to tell. And secrets to hide. As she carries out her duties, Sophie uncovers the most intimate secrets of the hotel’s guests through their unsettling possessions, leading her to discover the eerie mystery that binds them.

The game delivers depth through the choices a player makes. You’ll be forming intimate bonds with hotel employees and guests. In particular, your choice of ally. Will you align with the street-smart Beth, or the book-smart Andrew? Every action taken, and every door opened, can have an impact on how the story unfolds. Including how you tidy up the rooms!

Players can experience a narrative journey, filled with exploration, intricate puzzles, and choices that directly influence the story’s progression. Will you be able to discover the secrets tucked away in each room and solve the mystery that links them?

According to developer Lowbirth Games, This Bed We Made gameplay is inspired by Don’t Nod’s Life is Strange. The game has themes reminiscent of Alfred Hitchcock’s Rear Window, widely regarded as a classic film noir motion-picture.

Available from 1st November 2023, for PlayStation 5 and PC, Lowbirth Games are offering a 15% discount for the first week following the game’s release. This Bed We Made also be launch on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 4 next month, available from 13th December, 2023.
