Independent studio WanadevStudio recently revealed that Propagation: Paradise Hotel was set to launch on Meta Quest and PlayStation VR2 soon. However, we now have an official confirmation that ‘soon’ is in fact next week, as the Propagation: Paradise Hotel release date has been set for 4th May, 2023.
Propagation: Paradise Hotel is a new narrative VR horror-survival game from the Propagation saga. The game is a single-player adventure in which players take on the role of Emily Diaz.
A strange illness has turned people into savage creatures. Desperate to find her sister, Diaz becomes trapped in the Paradise Hotel. It may come as no surprise that this hotel is populated by said creatures. Diaz is a young bartender with no combat skills. Her only companion, Owen, is a security guard. It seems like Owen and Emily are the only two survivors, until they hear something on the radio. Emily’s twin sister Ashley is still alive and is going to meet a rescue team on the roof.
Players will dive in a horrifying immersive experience combining infiltration, exploration, survival and action in a particularly hostile universe. Diaz and must explore the Paradise Hotel’s dark surroundings to find Ashley. Any collected items, arms or tools must be used wisely by the player in order to progress in the story.
“For us, as an independent game studio, Propagation: Paradise Hotel is a unique project. We want to offer players a truly immersive experience, with a deep and touching story. We wanted to do more than a simple zombie game,” says Nola Speck, Production Manager.
