Pokémon Go Fest 2023 is coming to New York City, and Pokémon Go players have plenty to be excited about. Diancie – the Jewel Pokémon – is set to make its Pokémon Go debut at the event, along with a number of other additions and exclusives.
If you can make it to the Big Apple, you’ll be able to join thousands of fellow Trainers from all over the world for this treasure-hunting experience split between two locations. You can enjoy a number of bonuses and hidden surprises as you spend half of your day in Randall’s Island Park and half exploring the larger New York City area.
Diancie, Sigilyph and More!
This year, the Mythical Pokémon Diancie is the crown jewel of the event. Follow the story told by your event-exclusive Special Research and adventure throughout the park for your own enchanting encounter with Diancie.
Sigilyph, the Avianoid Pokemon, is also set to make an appearance during Pokémon Go Fest: New York. This unique Pokemon is typically only found around Greece and Egypt, making its appearance in North America a special treat for Trainers attending the event.
How to Attend Pokémon Go Fest New York
Special early bird ticket pricing is available now until 15th June, 2023. Tickets to this event are limited and first-come, first-served. If you’re planning on attending, make sure to grab a ticket early.
You can also pre-order your event-exclusive Pokémon Go Fest 2023 T-shirt now, and pick it up in-person during the event. Each T-shirt purchased will come with a code that can be redeemed for a matching in-game avatar item.
Pokémon Go Fest: Global
Can’t attend Pokémon Go Fest: New York? Not to worry! There are also events in Osaka, Japan, and London, UK, happening this year. Futhermore, a two-day global event will be available to Trainers around the world. Pokémon Go Fest 2023: Global takes place 26th – 27th August, 2023. Trainers can participate in this global Pokémon Go Fest event at no cost from anywhere in the world. You can upgrade your experience with a global event ticket, available now via the in-game shop. Trainers with a global ticket will receive special bonuses and rewards, including an encounter with Diancie.
