Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is now available to stream via Disney+. The sequel to Doctor Strange, the film is the 28th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film can be streamed via Disney+ now, and is also still playing in UK cinemas.
In Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) teams up with a mysterious teenage girl. She appears in his dreams, and can travel across multiverses. Together, they battle multiple threats, including other-universe versions of himself, which threaten to wipe out millions across the multiverse. They seek help from Wanda the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), Wong (Benedict Wong) and others.
As of 20th June, 2022, the film had grossed $406.1 million in the United States and Canada and $537.8 million in other territories, for a worldwide total of $943.9 million. Review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes reports an approval rating of 74%. The site posits an average score of 6.5/10, based on 425 reviews. The website’s critical consensus reads:

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness MCU Phase 4
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is part of the MCU Phase 4. This phase continues to develop existing characters whilst also introducing new ones. the upcoming Thor Love and Thunder looks set to continue this trend.
Thor Love and Thunder is set to make it’s theatrical debut on 8th July, 2022. There’s currently no word on when the film will arrive on Disney+. However, as with today’s new release, you can expect it to be just months after.
As stated above, the film is directed by Sam Raimi. Raimi was also producer on the fantastic Evil Dead: The Game. He also directed the Tobey Maguire Spider-Man trilogy, which arguably set the template for the titular character as we know him today.
