With Adepticon 2023 underway this week, there have been plenty of exciting Warhammer announcements. From the Warhammer 40K 10th Edition and the arrival of a new Primarch, all of Games Workshop’s universes have seen updates including Age of Sigmar. Treated to new models, battletome and more is Warhammer: Age of Sigmar’s Seraphon. The alien lizard race has been fleshed out further improve their odds when facing their mortal realm enemies.
Warhammer: Age of Sigmar’s Seraphon
New to the battle lineup are the Aggradon Lancers, Saurus Scar-Veteran on Aggradon, Kroxigors and the Kroxigor Warspawned. Shock cavalry to break through enemy lines, the Aggradon Lancers are fearsome saurus riding powerful aggradons. While the Saurus Scar-Veteran on Aggradon are skilled Scar-Veterans riding these swift reptilians. For sheer battlefield might you have the Kroxigors in two versions. The more normal Kroxigors are hulking beasts with drakebite mauls and colossal moonstone hammers. The Kroxigor Warspawned are even more feral, battle-bred brutes, only built for war.
As for stats and abilities of these new models, those details have yet to be released. A new Battletome: Seraphon will be released during the summer but for your first taste of Seraphons new roaster you’ll have to buy the upcoming starter set. Containing a Slaan Starmaster, 10 Saurus Warriors, five Raptadon Chargers and five Raptadon Hunters, it’ll also feature a special edition battletome.
Boasting its own unique cover art, the battletome will also come supplied with a pack of warscroll cards for every Seraphon unit and a set of 52 enhancement cards. No word on a price or release date at the moment.
