Keeping that hype train going, publisher GS2 Games has recently revealed some new screenshots from the upcoming Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle. The game is currently in development for PC, Xbox and PlayStation consoles, and is set to launch this summer.
Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle is a third-person story-driven survival horror game. It’s a prequel to the critically acclaimed Daymare: 1998. Players will take part in the top secret “Sandcastle” mission as the game’s main protagonist, Special Agent H.A.D.E.S. Dalila Reyes, and reconstruct the past of some of Daymare: 1998‘s most beloved characters.
Step into the shoes of agent Dalila Reyes, a former government spy. As you do, you best be prepared. You’ll embark on a mission in the most advanced experimental research center in the United States of America. Unsurprisingly, somethin had gone wrong. Very wrong. In the darkness of the desolate, labyrinthine depths of the military research center there is something creepy and lethal awaiting you.
As you attempt to uncover the mystery, you’ll fight, kill and dismember the new enemies. But Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle isn’t all about the action. As you work your way through the facility you’ll encounter environmental puzzles. The solution is often right in front of your eyes, and thanks to the device installed on Reyes’ arm, you can analyze portions of the environment to reveal solutions and secret documents. You might even stumble upon hidden items and collectables.

Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle Release Date
As previously reported, the Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle release date will be 30th August, 2023. It will launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. The console editions will benefit from both physical and digital releases.
