The Skaven are one of the most unique factions in all of Games Workshop’s properties. Vile little ratmen, their unfathomable numbers would lead to domination of the world were it not for their constant infighting and backstabbing. On the Blood Bowl pitch however, it seems they’ve finally pulled it together. Blood Bowl 3 players have taken the crown with Skaven, finishing first on the Season 2 ladder.
The game is based on the official rules of the latest edition of the board game, with new skills and overhauled passing mechanics. Following its debut in February 2023, Blood Bowl 3 has been cycling through regular seasons. Recently entering it’s third season – and with it coming new faction, the Shambling Undead – we now have an overview of the close of Season 2.

Blood Bowl 3 is available now PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. The game had a pretty bungled launch by all accounts. However, developer Cyanide Studios has been slowly fixing the damage done. Blood Bowl 3 players still have much to complain about, but the game is in a far better state than when it launched.
