One of this year’s best PlayStation exclusives, Gran Turismo 7 is set to launch on 4th March 2022. The game will launch for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 simultaneously, and promises to deliver the biggest Gran Turismo experience ever. But just how big is ‘big’?
The game will mark the return of classic cars, iconic tracks, and fan-favourite modes like GT Simulation and Sport Mode. Whether you’re a racer, collector, tuner, designer, photographer or arcade fan, you’ll be able to immerse yourself in the facets of automotive culture that matter most to you.
How Big is Gran Turismo 7?
At launch, the game will include over 420 cars available at Brand Central and the Used Car Dealership from day one. The game will recreate the look and feel of classic motors and bleeding-edge supercars alike. Each car handles differently and feels unique.
More than 90 track routes are includes, all featuring dynamic weather conditions. This includes classic courses from Gran Turismo history.
The installation size of the game has been revealed via an update to the PlayStation Store, as can be seen in the image below The game requires a whopping 110GB to install!
In comparison to the previous title in the series, Gran Turismo Sport, this is huge. Gran Turismo Sport required just 40GB. Less than half of Gran Turismo 7!
