The upcoming System Shock remake is debuting on PC, with console editions set to follow at a later date. PC gamers (and those who simply can’t wait) will be keen to know what demands the game has. Specifically, what the PC requirements for the System Shock remake are.
The System Shock series is considered a classic by many. Originally released back in 1994, System Shock set took the template for single-player FPS games and renovated it significantly. While other games were building on the DOOM mould by adding more, faster, harder, System Shock took a more cerebral approach. No longer was the FPS all about outgunning your enemies. Now, you had to think logically, solving puzzles between bouts of combat.
The cult hit of System Shock lead to a sequel, and in time the spiritual successor series, BioShock. Now, the System Shock remake is ready to show you just how much the original changes things, as the game is ready to launch on 30th May, 2023.
