Dead Island 2 Organ Donor Guide

Early on in Dead Island 2, you will meet Patton. He will tell you all about zombie guts and how they can help to make strong weapons. In this Dead Island 2 Organ Donor Guide, you’ll learn about how to put this into practice in a unique Side Quest.

To begin the Organ Donor Side Quest, you must have at least started the Hollywood Ending Story Quest, and completed the Cold Pork Side Quest. Visit Trent in the Blue Crab Grill in Venice Beach, and he’ll tell you what he knows about zombie guts, aka autophage parts.

Dead Island 2 Organ Donor Guide

Trent tells you that you’ll find some autophage parts might be found around the sewer outlet and Muscle Beach strongman areas. You can venture to either in whichever order you choose.

Venice Muscle Beach

We’ll cover Muscle Beach in Venice first, as it’s the closest location. You can find the Muscle Beach contest stage just outside the walls northeast of the Tower on Venice Beach. To get your hands on these autophage parts, you will need to kill not three Crusher Apex zombies:

Kowalksi, Bronze
Daly, Silver
Sigurdsson, Gold

Each time you kill one, the next rank up will appear. You’ll also have to fend off dozens of smaller zombies. Once the final Crusher Apex zombie is dead, he will drop an oversized arm bone.

Venice Sewage Outlet

This location can be found on the far south side of Venice Beach, southeast from the Police Station. You’ll want to drop down and head through the sluice gates.

The low light levels can make navigation a little confusing. Eventually, you will find a closed door along the right-hand wall. Head through this door and turn off the gas pipe in the first hallway. Turn left and the follow the pipes east. At the end of the pipes, you will find a Burster Apex. Take it out, and pick up the blast gland dropped from its corpse.

Return to Trent at the Blue Crab Grill. Talk to him, and he’ll offer up the following rewards:
