Blink-182 rocker Tom DeLonge may have reunited with the band for their current world tour but another project will soon be available. In his directorial debut, the first Monsters of California trailer has recently arrived.
DeLonge not only directed but also co-wrote Monsters of California which is based around paranormal conspiracies.
“After discovering research left behind by a missing government agent, Dallas Edwards and his misfit high school friends embark on a righteous and dangerous adventure to uncover a paranormal conspiracy in Southern California that brings them face-to-face with some of the government’s most guarded mysteries,” the synopsis explains.

The trailer shows the hapless trio getting into some dangerous scenarios involving ghosts, aliens and more. “They don’t want you to know anything,” says one of the team. “This is going to shatter any idea you have about reality.”
The film stars Jack Samson as Dallas (Zodiac). His co-stars include Casper Van Dien (Starship Troopers), Camille Kostek (Free Guy), Richard Kind (A Serious Man) and Arianne Zucker (Days of Our Lives). The film also features a score from Ilan Rubin produced by DeLonge and Aaron Rubin. And as you’ll notice in the trailer, it features a version of the Blink-182 song Aliens Exist.
Monsters of California will launch in theatres and on-demand on 6th October 2023. You can check out the Monsters of California trailer below. Arriving on the same day via Paramount+ is Pet Sematary: Bloodlines.
