Croteam are stepping away from their beloved Serious Sam for just a short while. Laying down the guns and turning to something a little more cerebral, as The Talos Principle II is quickly approaching launch. And to make sure you’re ready for it, publisher Devolver Digital has launched a demo version of The Talos Principle II, available to download now.
In The Talos Principle II, you are born into a new world. Biological humanity is extinct, but human culture lives on in a city of robots. You’ll find yourself swept up in an adventure involving a mysterious megastructure, within which hides enormous powers. As you progress you’ll be confronted with questions about the nature of the cosmos and the purpose of civilization.
Despite being played in first-person, The Talos Principle II isn’t a shoot-first-ask-questions-later game. In fact, there’s no shooting at all. Think Portal more than DOOM. Sam wouldn’t be happy.
