The forthcoming RoboCop: Rogue City has come available for pre-order from today, according to publisher Nacon. Ignoring the fact that Amazon has had pre-orders available for weeks, more interesting news is that of the ‘deluxe edition’ of the game. Set to be known as RoboCop: Rogue City Alex Murphy Edition, this special package offers a number of bonus features.

RoboCop: Rogue City is being developed by Teyon, a studio that has demonstrated a respectable penchant for evolving. Early titles such as Heavy Fire: Shattered Spear and Rambo: The Video Game left something to be desired. However, Terminator: Resistance is most certainly an underappreciated gem. As well as proving Teyon’s love of ’90s action movies, RoboCop: Rogue City looks set to push the envelope even further.

In RoboCop: Rogue City, players will become the iconic part man, part machine, all cop hero. It’s your job to bring justice to the dangerous, crime-ridden streets of Old Detroit. Armed with your trusty Auto-9, factory-built strength and years of experience on the force, you will fight forces seeking to destroy the city you call home.

Along with the above reveal of an ‘official’ pre-order start, the RoboCop: Rogue City Alex Murphy Edition is also ready for your early interest. This package adds a number of bonuses, including the following:

  • RoboCop: Rogue City base game.
  • 48-hour early access.
  • Alternative RoboCop ‘Damaged Armour’ Costume.
  • The Iconic Auto-9 Prototype Version.
  • The super-powerful OCP shotgun.
  • Digital Art Book.

These aren’t the only bonuses available however. In addition, pre-orders of the standard edition or the Alex Murphy Edition will grant two further bonuses. The Blue Armor from RoboCop 2 and The Pitch Black Auto-9 will be available as part of The Vanguard Pack.

RoboCop: Rogue City is set to launch on 2nd November, 2023. The game will be available for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC. Are you excited for Teyon’s latest? Let us know in the comments below!
