Day 81: Celeste comes to visit DREAMLAND, bringing shooting stars to Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
In the morning’s announcement, Isabelle announced today would be a shooting star day. It is definitely a good chance to gain a lot of Star Fragments.
Actually, I have only met the meteor shower twice since I began playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons as I seldom played in the evening. You know, the shooting stars appear just at 7:00pm – 4:00am. Therefore, I missed many unique recipes and items.
But as it is the special Gemini season, I decided to play more tonight. Just for the shooting stars.
See, Celeste, Blathers’ little sister, is coming tonight.
Nice to meet her again.
Meantime, she gave me a new recipe of star wall.
Now, the only thing I need to do is WAITING…
First, find a nice corner. Second, just waiting…
Fortunately, they didn’t keep me waiting long and came one by one, I made a lot of wishes soon.
How to make wish: Press A button when you see the shooting star appears. You will get surprises which are your “wishes” the next day.
Then, the first thing in the next morning is picking up all the “wishes” on the beach. Except for the normal yellow star fragment, I got the Gemini fragment and large star fragment at the same time.
But I only got 14 star fragments, 2 large star fragments, 3 Gemini fragments as I just played 10 minutes in the next morning.
Keep looking around the beach always help you get more star fragments.

Both of them are from the trees.
I bought today’s outfit in the Able Sisters’ shop, for completing one of the missions (spend 5000 bells).
My tiny tips:
- If you like Star Fragment items just keep talking with the neighbours, because they will give you clues to let you know when the meteor shower will happen.
- Different star sign fragment match different zodiac season. (e.g. Gemini Fragment: May 21 until June 20; Leo Fragment: July 23 until August 22)
