IllFonic has announced plans to offer the first first hands-on experiences with Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game at PAX East. From 21st March, 2024 – Sunday, 24th March, 2024, Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game will be available to play on the convention floor.

Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game is a new take on asymmetrical survival horror experience. Based on MGM’s iconic 80’s movie, the 3v7 multiplayer game brings back the unique, over-the-top mix of horror and comedy. In the battle between Killer Klowns and the citizens of Crescent Cove, you’ll team up and harvest humans. Or attempt survive and escape from an alien invasion.

Not only will fans enjoy their first look at Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game at PAX, but they will be treated to an in-depth discussion on bringing this classic IP into the gaming space from creators, the Chiodo Bros., and the IllFonic design team. The panel, located in the Albatross Theater (room 210), will kick off on 23rd March, at 1 PM EST. If fans cannot make the panel, they may get lucky on the convention floor. The the Chiodo Bros. will be available to play Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game throughout the show.

IllFonic is publishing and co-developing this Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game, which will be available to fans on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The studio has previously seen success in this genre with a Ghostbusters adaptation, which Chit Hot stated is “a hugely enjoyable multiplayer experience” in our Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed review.
